Counselors In Training (CIT)
The (CIT) Program is for teens interested in working in a fun camp setting. CITs will participate in courses teaching camp traditions in exciting ways and develop leadership skills to become a future YMCA camp counselor. Completion of the CIT program does not guarantee future employment. All CITs must attend an interview prior to registering for the program. All CITs must commit to a minimum of 6 weeks.
