Nurture Your Kid’s Curiosity
The Y is helping build the next group of leaders through Enrichment and STEM programs. Won’t you join us? Fall 2 classes start the week of October 29 and it’s not too late to grab your spot!
Enrichment activities with kids can provide new opportunities for learning. From infant playgroups to mixed media art class, the Y has great options to keep your kids entertained and engaged while making friends.
SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND MATH — Developing Youth Through STEM:
Youth who participate in STEM activities: Learn how to solve a problem, Develop critical-thinking skills, Get comfortable with failure and trying again, Learn to work successfully in teams, Develop self-confidence, Are able to see themselves in STEM careers. Kids will have so much fun in classes upcoming such as Kitchen Science and Lego Robotics, they won’t know they are learning (but we will).
