Come take a class at our Fitness Open House
Join us on Saturday, January 7th and Sunday, January 8th, 7:00am-11:00am, for an Open House to experience our Group Exercise and Personal Training programs at the Y! This is a 2-day health & wellness celebration at our Y for members and non-members to try something new and challenging. Bring your friends (for free) to the Open House, too! No registration required. We will have healthy snacks and raffles.
We will have personal trainers, wellness floor staff, and our nutritionist (North Attleboro location) available to welcome you and answer your wellness questions. See you at the Y!
