A Place for All Program is our Y’s financial assistance program focused on helping our community members feel hopeful, live healthier and be connected to our organization through spirit, mind and body.
We are a charitable community service organization committed to enhancing the quality of life of our members and enriching the communities we serve through partnership and collaboration. We focus on nurturing kids and teens, improving people’s health and well-being, and giving back to our neighbors.
Dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, our mission is to provide programs and services to all regardless of ability to pay. We believe that every person should have an opportunity to participate and pursue their own personal goals regardless of skill or financial status. Generous donations to the Y’s Annual Campaign provide funds for financial assistance to those who may need support.
A Place For All uses a sliding scale rate structure that is based on gross household income designed so that all individuals are able to receive a YMCA membership, regardless of income level. All information is kept strictly confidential.
A Place For All ensures that members can participate in our programs, regardless of income level, from swim lessons, to sports, to arts & enrichment, and more. All information is kept strictly confidential.
We welcome children with diverse abilities, and work closely with families to identify available strategies to work toward fun and successful experiences. For more info, email integration@hockymca.org or call 508-643-5271.
Our A Place For All model ensures that every individual can also benefit from our mission-based programming such as food access support, holiday and year-round gift giving, our annual backpack drive, our Integration Initiative, and additional community resources with a social service focus such as: substance abuse, domestic abuse, mental health, behavioral health, advocacy, homelessness, transportation, and other essential needs.
