Exciting news! The Bernon Family Branch YMCA in Franklin has received a grant from the Town of Franklin to provide free 6-month memberships for residents ages 13-17.
Whether you’re looking to crush it on the court, find a workout buddy, or just have fun, the YMCA is where it’s at! Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity! Members and non-members alike can benefit.

- AND PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS LISTED BELOW TO START YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
- Select Membership Type: Teen 13-17 years of age (then hit START)
- Primary Adult Section: Please enter parent/guardian details as requested. Note this person must be age 18 or older (then hit NEXT).
- Select Teen and follow the prompts (then hit NEXT).
- Confirm the student name is correct (then hit NEXT).
- Sign the Membership Agreement and Participation Release by clicking ACCEPT & SIGN.
- Provide your online signature once for both documents and click I AGREE.
- Make Payment screen: click on Add a Promo Code link and use PROMO CODE: FRTEEN6
- Click APPLY, then click CONTINUE to complete the application process.
Your Y membership will be active for 6 months from the start date. You will be notified in advance of that date so you can make the choice to continue your membership. If you do want to remain as a member, a 25% discount will be provided for an additional 6-month term before standard dues apply.

For teens who are already members of the Franklin Y, see below.
Our teen discount is offered only to active Y members holding Teen-type memberships. If you belong currently as a Family-type member, there is no discount at this time. If you are a Teen member and a Franklin resident, we will apply $27- discount monthly to your dues for 6 months. After the 6-month term concludes, your Teen membership will resume its standard rate. Please email Membership Administrator Christine Eldridge at christinee@hockymca.org to activate this savings.
