Weigh To Change Winter Session
Due to popular demand, we are excited to announce our next Weigh to Change session! Make it a great start to 2017 when you join our 10-week weight loss and healthy living program. Check out some of our successes on facebook. You could be another success story. Last session, our 31 participants lost a total of 267 lbs and 318.5 inches, improving their productivity, confidence, and general well-being.

Weigh to Change offers support and education in areas of fitness and nutrition. By combining physical training and better nutrition, participants will benefit in the most successful way to achieve weight loss. Challenge yourself and enjoy the benefits of personal training, combined with nutrition guidance, group workouts, and friendly competitions.
What does Weigh to Change include?
- Weekly 30-minute personal training sessions
- Individual nutrition counseling with our licensed nutritionist
- Minimum of 3-weekly group training sessions
- Weekly nutrition and physical challenges
- Two Nutrition workshops
- Styku 3-D body scan
- Entry into a local road race in late March
- Runs: Jan 9 – March 18, 2017
