YDPP The YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program supports adults who are at a high risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This 1-year program provides a welcoming environment where participants work together in a small group to learn about healthier eating and develop increased physical activity. The program can be offered outside of YMCA walls in a community setting and is led by a Y-USA trained facilitator. For more information or to participate, contact phl@hockymca.org or call 508.772.1310.  Sun Chronicle
